Supportive Community Facilities
Inclusive Community Engagement
This is where our passion is rooted. We value design based on effective public engagement and listen respectfully to the full breath of voices within the community. Understanding that the key effective community engagement is to ensure that both groups can understand and act on the needs or issues of a communities experiences, we work to achieve positive change through measurable outcomes.
Community engagement is key to our work and our staff are highly experienced in developing effective community engagement practices. We have developed frameworks and toolkits for inclusive in-person and virtual community engagement and provide support to community organizations and groups. Our approach fosters a quality design process that addresses the specific needs of a community of any size and helps to engage stewardship in the project long after it has been constructed.
